The Erskine Bridge will undergo a series of closures this month to allow essential work to take place.
On Tuesday, June 16 there will be a full closure of the southbound carriageway and a single lane closure on the northbound carriageway.
The diversions are as follows:
On Wednesday, June 17 there will be a full closure of the northbound carriageway and a single lane closure on the southbound carriageway.
On Thursday, June 18 there will be a full closure of the northbound carriageway.
The diversions are as follows:
All traffic management is expected to be removed upon the completion of the work at 6am on Friday, June 19.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout the works.
All schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable.
A spokesperson for Amey said: “This scheme will benefit vehicles using this route each day, by improving the safety and condition of the carriageway in this location. Road users are thanked for their patience and understanding while this work is being undertaken.”
