Hundreds of home improvements are part of investment in Council properties

Tenants across West Dunbartonshire will benefit from a range of upgrades to properties over the next year. The work, part of the Council’s Housing Investment Plan for 2024/25, will include 850 homes receiving new central heating systems, 330 brand new kitchens and 260 new bathroom installations.  This follows an increase in rent by 6.7% which was the preferred option of tenants during the annual rent setting consultation.
